I applied on the company site, and a recruiter reached out via email a few days later to schedule a phone screening interview. I submitted my availability to the recruiter, and they confirmed a date and time for the call.
The recruiter never called. I followed up with a few emails to see if we needed to reschedule, but I have been completely ghosted. This was highly unprofessional and a huge waste of time.
