Process
I had multiple phone interviews, two in-person recruiter meetings (through SAE events), and an onsite panel interview.
I went through 11 interviews total, for two different positions.
Every interview is technical, starting with basic solid mechanics and then they grill you on projects you've done in the past.
The recruiters are nice and personable; they get to know you and vouch for you.
Overall, it was very stressful, but worth it.
