Interviewed for Mission Integration Engineer.
Two technical phone screens with the project manager and division director were followed by an onsite technical interview.
The technical interview included:
- A presentation of a past project
- A tour of the facilities
- Technical one-on-one presentations
Questions focused mainly on deep dives into past projects and the resume, including how problems were tackled, the reasoning behind those approaches, and suggestions for improvement or lessons learned.
Some high-level systems engineering/design questions about hypothetical scenarios were also included.
