Process
I applied and then had a short phone interview with a recruiter.
He asked about my experience, then funneled me into one of five teams.
From there, I was sent an online assessment specific to that team, which had to be completed in four hours.
I succeeded and scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. This was the step before the on-site in Seattle.
The hiring manager ghosted me, and I never heard from anyone again.
