Process
Discussed my extracurricular work at college and aspects of the role rather casually. It wasn't as technical a conversation as I anticipated, though other interviewees have had different experiences.
Be sure to brush up on your prior work and respectfully brag a bit.

Pros: The best company to learn at, and brilliant and kind coworkers. I’ve learned more in a year here than in 3 years elsewhere. Stock has done exceptionally well.
Cons: Work is your life. Deadlines are insane. If you have any boundaries on hours, you may have a tough time.

Pros: You see direct impact in your work everyday. You get to actually feel like you are changing the world and see it everyday. You work with the brightest minds and get to learn from them non-stop.
Cons: With a large mission and large vision comes large responsibilities. You must learn to prioritize quickly and be self-sufficient in your work.
