Pros: The willingness of the company to try new things, take risks, and allow people to accomplish their objectives with minimal oversight is amazing.
Cons: A decent amount of time is spent reinventing the wheel and re-learning the same lesson, just in a slightly different context or program. This sometimes leads to innovation and/or improvement, but just as often leads to headaches.

If you don’t do more overtime like 12-day shifts all the time, you look less of a worker than those who do 12-hr days all the time.
