Propulsion Engineer Interview Experience - Hawthorne, California
Process
A recruiter visited campus. I met with them during their recruiting visit and was invited to dinner that evening. The dinner went well, and I received a call a week later from someone in HR inviting me for an on-site interview in Hawthorne.
I was required to give a one-hour presentation on a technical project I had completed, including a question-and-answer session. If the presentation had gone well in their assessment, it would have transitioned into one-on-one interviews with the team members. However, it seems they were looking for more engineering focus in my presentation, as I was informed that the one-on-one interviews would not be taking place.
