Was contacted a few months after submitting application. First call from HR included general screening/behavioral questions, such as why I was interested in working there, etc. Phone interview was scheduled. Phone interview was about 40-50 minutes long. Started off talking about resume and past projects for about 10 minutes. The rest was technical questions, ranging from basic thermodynamic concepts to specifics about the general workings of rocket engines. I was told I would hear back in two weeks. Two weeks passed; didn't hear back. Emailed HR, and they got back to me within one more week, and I was told they were looking for someone with a different skill set.
