Contacted by a recruiter for a phone screening. Some of the questions were standard enough. Base compensation is on the low side. SpaceX offers no remote work once they aren't forced to by COVID.
What really turned me off was being asked what my college GPA was. Ageism much?
I'm a professional with 15 years of experience in software development who happens to have a passion for aerospace – don't ask me what I did in college. I wouldn't pursue a position there based on that alone.
