Process

The interview process begins with a call from a recruiter who will ask basic questions about your current work and experience.

The second interview is with someone technical. They will go over basic concepts to ensure you understand what you've stated on your resume.

Next, you'll receive a take-home test to complete within 48 hours.

I spent a good chunk of my weekend writing code for the home assignment. I sent the finished code to the "proctor." After a couple of days without hearing back, I received an email about how to set up a working GoLang environment. Apparently, the proctor had never used GoLang.

A few days later, I got an email stating that the code did not meet their performance criteria. There was no mention of what those criteria were. I'm unsure what they checked or to what extent. I asked what the passing performance criteria are, but I did not receive a response.

All in all, it was a giant waste of my time.

Questions

This is an NP-complete problem about assigning satellite beams to users. You're supposed to come up with working code that passes the tests they give you.
