Software Engineer Intern Interview Experience - Hawthorne, California
Process
CFD-like role. Questions about resume, C++, and LeetCode medium. The first interviewer grilled me hard on random questions about my resume, as well as on DSA basics, such as the runtime complexity of adding to a hashmap. Overall, it was pretty easy if you can handle the pressure. The interview ended with a LeetCode medium problem.
The second round was more chill and more of a conversational type of interview with a lead engineer. I didn't get past the second round, but I wasn't super interested in the role when I found out it was going to be pretty ML heavy.
