Software Engineer Interview Experience - San Jose, California
Process
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.
First round was mostly a screening with some basic technical questions. Stuff like the number of bytes in an IPv4 address, stack vs heap, how to confirm shortest path.
Second round was an in-depth technical interview with the hiring manager. Big focus on low level operating systems and networking. Also asked me about previous projects and experience and to go in depth in that.
