Brief phone interview, followed by a 48-hour technical assessment.
I did not make it past this point, but the next step would have been an on-site visit for a day of touring and interviews.
Questions
The phone screen was the usual: introduction to yourself, why SpaceX, etc.
The technical assessment was to solve a problem given a set of constraints. The problem is likely a simplified version of something you'd reasonably have to figure out as a SpaceX Software Engineer.
