Applied online recruiter set up call shortly after. Completed take home assignment which was not LeetCode style; took 4 hours. Invited to chat with hiring manager for 45 mins. Finally came the on-site which involved a presentation and 5 other interviews. Felt like I did good, but was ghosted. Recruiter did not even have the decency to reject me after I followed up.
