The interview itself isn't that difficult, but since there are way too many steps in a short amount of time, it's easy to mess up. The process is as follows:

This is for a full-time, entry-level software engineering position:

1. Phone interview with a recruiter.
2. Take-home coding assessment (takes about 3-6 hours).
3. Review of the coding assessment and speaking to multiple higher-ups (could be between 1 to 4-5 interviews).
4. On-site, which usually takes a whole workday (panel and speaking to 4-6 different engineers).

Overall, the people are friendly, but there are so many steps. In my case, because the process was taking a long time and I landed another great job, I had to withdraw my application mid-interview process.
