The first step was a screening with the recruiter; it was a general chat about the role, as you'd expect.
The second step was a call with an engineer on the team.
I would describe it more if they had called. Pretty unprofessional.
I'm not sure if the excessive interview process the recruiter described, the unprofessional environment, and the 50hr+ workweeks they mentioned in the interview are really worth the below-average pay.
