Process
The interview process includes:
- A behavioral phone screen with a recruiter.
- A technical phone interview with a manager.
- An on-site interview, consisting of a 20-25 minute technical presentation and 5-8 one-on-one technical interviews.
If the presentation is not well-received, the candidate will be sent home after it. Otherwise, they will proceed to the one-on-one interviews.
