The recruiter brought my resume to the hiring manager. My first interview was with the recruiter. Then, I had an interview with two of the hiring managers and one peer. I researched the professional history of the interviewers on LinkedIn. I found it instructive to understand their backgrounds.

One of the interviewers had an accent, making it difficult to understand over the telephone. The interview stopped abruptly because the conference room reservation was up. It was very unsettling, as it made it seem like I was being pushed out the door. At that point, I knew I would not receive an offer to proceed to the next phase.
