Test Engineer Interview Experience - Hawthorne, California
Process
A recruiter reached out to me after finding me on LinkedIn. After exchanging a few emails and sending my resume, the recruiter interviewed me over the phone. My resume was then forwarded to the hiring manager, who scheduled another phone interview. The manager didn't call nor notify me that he wasn't going to be able to interview me. Another phone interview was scheduled, and I finally got to talk to the manager, even though he called me 30 minutes after the scheduled time.
