Process
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.
3 rounds of interviews:
- First was a 30-minute phone call with a majority of questions being conceptual technical questions.
- The second was an hour Zoom with multiple engineers, half about the work I have completed in the past and the second half technical whiteboard questions.
- Final was on-site presentation about technical achievements as well as more written whiteboard questions with the engineering team.

Pros: The willingness of the company to try new things, take risks, and allow people to accomplish their objectives with minimal oversight is amazing.
Cons: A decent amount of time is spent reinventing the wheel and re-learning the same lesson, just in a slightly different context or program. This sometimes leads to innovation and/or improvement, but just as often leads to headaches.
