Process
The process is straightforward. I applied for a position, and within a few weeks, I had my first interview with an HR representative.
After that, I had my second phone interview, which was more technically oriented.
I was then flown out to the facility for a site tour and face-to-face interview.
If you reach the technical phone interview or the face-to-face interview, be prepared to be thoroughly tested on what you know.
