The first round was a technical interview with lots of rapid-fire technical questions. It was over the phone, which made it hard to stop and think about how to answer each question.

I applied with my resume online. Approximately three weeks later, I was contacted for a phone interview with hiring managers, where they asked me non-technical questions. About two weeks after that, I was invited to an on-site interview. The on-si
