Best company in the world.
So good that it allows the rest of the industry to be incompetent
Started with a phone interview with the lead engineer in the thermal and propulsion department. The first half was about my resume, and the second half consisted of technical questions. Did not make it past the phone interview.
Very fast and incredibly well handled. I sent a lead engineer I found on LinkedIn an email, and he brought me in for interviews. I had a few screenings with HR for ITAR and availability. Then, a 45-minute phone interview with a structures lead engin
30-minute call with technical recruiter. 30-minute call with senior software dev. I did not make it past this point. If I had, I would have had: * A 4-hour coding test * Another technical deep dive into my resume * An in-person super day
