- HR are sharks who are constantly hunting to fire employees with contradicting rules and policies. HR has too much control on day to day.2. Supervisors have zero clue of what actually goes on and are under qualified.3. Upper management (Directors, Managers, VP and up) are unaware of lack of quality that happens in day to day operations. Upper Management let's HR do whatever they please.4. Lack of education and teaching to employees. They rely way to much on tribal knowledge.
If a department is constantly failing and not meeting expectations year after year, maybe it is not the employees; maybe it is the management and the culture they provide, or the lack of teaching they provide.
