Pros: Many of the employees, especially the back-end and technical folks, were always helpful, spunky, and fun to work with. The employee benefits, especially healthcare, were also great.

Cons: Following the Cisco acquisition announcement, there has been a significant increase in concerns about job security, particularly among middle management. This situation has led to the initiation of numerous initiatives, which has resulted in additional workload on top of employees' regular responsibilities. Unfortunately, these projects appear to be driven more by the need for managers to gain visibility and demonstrate their value to the company, rather than advancing Splunk's business objectives. This trend is counterproductive and has impacted overall productivity and morale.

Pros: Good position, great compensation, amazing food.

Cons: Overworked employees. HR is a mess.

Pros: Everything you could think of, they just treat employees amazingly. You feel committed to the company and motivated to grow as much as possible. There are also so many benefits, you can’t even remember them all. It is just unbelievable.

Cons: Not a single con; everything is just amazing.
