I had a standard screening and panel interview, consisting of the hiring manager and two technical specialists. All three interviews were good. The interviewers allowed me to talk, and they asked fair questions. There was very little overlap between the interviews, so I feel like the skillsets of my assessors were chosen correctly. Overall, it was very open-ended, and I was given a fair opportunity to present my skillset. I feel like this opportunity also helped me identify areas of my interviewing skills that need sharpening.
I was allowed to talk during the interview, which was great.
Consequently, I wasn't asked very many questions, especially during the first interview where I spoke with someone more closely aligned with my skillset.
