I submitted my application at a school career fair. They reached out to me soon after, which surprised me. They initially made a phone call to schedule the next phone call. This next call was scheduled for the following week.
However, this company, or perhaps the hiring manager, seemed disorganized. After I emailed them my availability, they initially agreed to a time. Then, they found that time was not good for them. We then scheduled another call, which was also cancelled due to their scheduling issues. This pattern of last-minute changes happened several times.
The phone call itself was also unusual. As far as I know, this is the only company that used almost 30 minutes for a screening. Nothing else has happened yet.
Do you have any questions about the company or for me?
