Extremely unprofessional.
First, my recruiter phone screen was cancelled on short notice. No biggie; we rescheduled for a couple days later. I was told at the end of the interview by the recruiter that she'd get back to me the next day. A week and a half passed, and she didn't respond to a single one of my emails. Finally, I got a generic, automated rejection email despite the recruiter gushing over my credentials during the call and me having a great resume.
