I was referred for a position, and a recruiter contacted me, saying she would reach out during a certain time. Time passed, and she didn't. Then she emailed me back a week later, saying she would reach out again, as she was "backlogged." Again, she did not reach out.
I've probably dealt with hundreds of recruiters by now in my career; I've never met someone who is this flaky. I totally understand if you think I don't have the right experience and won't move forward, but asking me to set aside time to wait for your precious call is so disrespectful.
