Process
I applied and had an interview, but received no response afterward.
My previous work experience was not discussed in detail. The interview included an easy exercise, and it concluded with the interviewer stating I would hear from them.

I can't remember. This was a while back, but it was some sort of search algorithm question.

An innovative, creative, and challenging place to work
Lead Software Engineer • Current Employee
San Francisco, California, United States
October 22, 2010
Pros: I've enjoyed the ability to grow technically in my field of expertise. I have had the freedom to choose which projects to work on. Management has given me the opportunity to grow and advance in my career. A great place to work, with an awesome atmosphere and the freedom to work from anywhere. I'm challenged technically almost every day. Pre-IPO!!
Cons: We're growing too fast, so there are a lot of new faces around. I guess that's not too bad of a problem, but if I have to move my desk again, I won't be happy.
