I had two coding interviews and one behavioral interview. It took a while, but the coding interviewers were great. I didn't have the best behavioral interview because it turned out to be an in-depth technical interview. My interviewer didn't seem pleased to be interviewing me and responded rudely to my questions.

Pros: Interesting work, interesting people.
A friendly collective.
Best work/life balance.
The company is still growing, with a lot of career opportunities.
Cons: Cannot say that it is real "Cons". There are some benefits which other companies have, but not Splunk, like free parking (Splunk has a commute benefit, which returns taxes you paid for your commute), and free lunches (we have free snacks, lunches 1-3 times a week). But all of that are minor issues.
