Standard tech algo white board questions. Talk about job history, why you enjoy programming, why Splunk. Spoke about school courses I enjoyed. Chatted about the role, the responsibilities, and if I thought I’d be a good fit.

The normal interview process is telephonic, followed by back-to-back Zoom video interviews. Most Splunk managers are very biased towards candidates, whether based on tech stack or race.
