Pros

Just a regular, small, product-based setup in a trendy neighborhood.

Cons

It's been frustrating to apply for multiple roles and even get referred by friends, only to be rejected each time because I'm not based in Hyderabad.

It seems they prioritize candidates from Hyderabad and don't support relocation for most roles.

Regardless of qualifications, they seem to favor local candidates.

Even conversations among employees and managers often occur in the local language.

Advice to Management

Stop advertising nationwide if you're only interested in hiring local Telugu candidates. It's a waste of resources and misleading for those outside the region.

Even companies like TCS and Wipro have a more inclusive culture and transparent recruitment process.
