Really enjoyed working on my team. The onboarding process and documentation were some of the smoothest I had at a large company. My manager was fantastic, always listening to feedback and encouraging retrospection. You could see the positive feedback loop working in real time. I also joined at a good time when the team was starting a new project, so I got to work on a lot of feature work and was given a high amount of autonomy near the end. All in all, a great place to intern as a software engineer.
They could cater lunch more often, I guess.
I had the first technical interview, which included broader questions about how the browser works and my interests in security topics. I did not proceed to further rounds, so I'm unsure what the next steps would have entailed.
The interview process is calm and professional. It includes a few stages, such as online questions and meetings. The atmosphere is friendly, the questions are fine, and everything feels well-organized.
The first step of the Splunk Software Engineer Intern (Frontend) process is a 1-hour HireVue interview. It includes: * Four behavioral interview questions * One medium-level LeetCode problem * Three games
