Great culture and very family-friendly.
The technology has been a bit stagnant.
The interview process involved three steps: * HR screening * A coding challenge * An interview with the engineering team During the final interview, I was asked ordinary questions about myself and my projects. It wasn’t a difficult process, but I w
OA + 3 continuous video interviews (1 behavior + 2 technical). Due to the time difference, I finished the interview at midnight. Received the interview offer after two weeks and the results after one month. Great experience, but I was rejected.
I had two interviews back to back. Both had a technical aspect, mainly in C/C++. There was definitely more of a focus on the technical interviews than other questions. I would say that it was a 90:10 split.
