Culture is more US than Swedish. The 5 core values are mainly used to direct ICs, not so much at levels above. The company probably attracts more narcissists or psychopaths in leadership positions than any other company I've been with. There is not a lot of ways to keep them out, nor to control them when they are already in. The saying goes that most of these eventually get promoted upwards.
Start using the core values for internal messes, such as promoting a very controversial podcaster, layoffs, or any other internal debacle. It’s fair to assume that trust would help, as well as innovation and sincerity.
