The culture at the company is great, and colleagues are helpful and inclusive. Some of the benefits, like wellness week, are great.
The company is currently going through a mood shift, and realizing that it is actually a pretty large company with pros and cons is difficult for some employees. The first buyouts/layoffs happened within the last year, which has reduced the perception of their employer for many employees.
