They pay reasonable salaries for being in Stockholm, although definitely not above average. The environment is good and people are friendly. If you have worked for Spotify, you will be attractive on the market.
The stock options program could be better; it is a joke.
It feels like the competence in the company is steadily declining, and the bar is being lowered all the time for new employees.
The secrecy around salary bands is frustrating, and it is hard to know whether it is worth the effort to advance in the steps program, given that you have no idea how it will affect your salary.
