No visible end to non-satisfying work. No support from other squads, and people just don't give a sh*t because it's "not their business". Discussions for the sake of discussion. Meetings for the sake of meetings. Teams and management are shuffling all the time without any consistency.

First behavioral, then technical. Do LeetCode beforehand. I had previously done a lot of LeetCode. The interview process was alright. So, practice, practice, and practice. And good luck.
The interviewer was very friendly and informative. We had a chat about my past experience, technical skills, the role, and the company. We had time for questions from both sides. I was asked mostly about soft skills, so focus on that.
Initially, an IQ, language, and math test for online screening. Followed up by two online screening interviews with a technical part. Four onsite interviews and an optional manager/team meeting. The entire process took about 6 months.
