Good tech/infra, not safe if you're BIPOC
- Good on-boarding process
- Strong internal tools and documentation
- Frequent trips to Stockholm
- Healthy food and snacks (free)
- The Stockholm office is where the interesting work happens.
- The London office is very new and doesn't reflect the main HQ culture.
- Not a good place for BIPOC. Inclusion and psychological safety issues are usually silenced or ignored. If you're a woman or BIPOC, I would strongly recommend referencing the manager and team before joining.
