I applied for this job online on LinkedIn and got a 3-hour take-home technical coding challenge on HackerRank.
Since I was in the final stages of interviewing with multiple companies, I progressed to virtual onsite interviews after I cleared the technical coding challenge.
I had the option to split the onsite interviews over multiple days, but I chose to have them on a single day.
There were 4 rounds in total, followed by a short chat with the recruiter.
I think this was the best interview experience I have ever had, with very little or no anxiety since the recruiter shared detailed information about the process.
Most importantly, all the interviewers were friendly, relaxed, and knew what they were seeking in a candidate.
PS: I am an interviewer at my previous company.
