Fun interview experience with several engineers. Two interviews included two people; other interviews were single-person interviews. The interview included a tour of their lovely office. The interview started in a timely manner. I didn't get much of a break during my interviews.

Pros: Generally good work life balance. Good Healthcare, 401K match, competitive pay, free lunch and snacks. There are some kind and talented people who are working here!
Cons: Career ladder is unclear and the person who promotes you doesn't work with you directly. That level of indirection and opacity creates politics that can be hard to navigate.
