Good ambient and a good partnership
No one, all is good.
3 rounds of interview process. First, online JS challenges. Pure JS. Mainly focus on closure and `this`. Second, take-home project. Build a simple web page with some elements that can interact. Very open. Third, onsite. 3 rounds of interviews. 1.
I was impressed at just how responsive and communicative the recruiters were at every step. Overall, one of the most solid interview experiences I've had. The technical questions and tasks weren't unreasonably difficult and felt fair for the job list
Very intensive, 8+ hours in total. It was very focused on process and communication skills as opposed to technical quizzes and live coding. There was a fun exercise of reviewing a proposal, lots of hypothetical situations, and interest in interplay
