Growth and promotion seem a bit ambiguous and lacking. It seems like a lot of re-orgs and team shifts are happening in recent times.

Applied in NY Oct 2018. The process took 2 weeks. It began with a Hackerrank assessment that was a basic coding question. Then it proceeded to a 1-hour video interview that was on a shared coding interface.
