The process took a few weeks as I needed to travel from the West Coast to the East one.
It started with a phone call with one of their recruiters. I had a really good conversation with him; he was very knowledgeable about both his company and their industry.
Then, they sent me some homework to complete. It wasn't too hard, but it was pretty long if you want to make it nice.
Finally, I went for the onsite. It was a 4-5 hour interview. I met a senior Android engineer, the lead Android engineer, the VP of engineering, and the CTO. It was a really great experience all along the way; they were all very communicative and friendly. They are clearly passionate about what they do. I eventually had a chance to meet their co-founder, who was a really nice surprise. I loved having a conversation with him.
After a few days, they made me an offer. I ultimately declined it for personal reasons, but I would love circling back with them again.
