Process

I met one recruiter at the Career Fair. She said that she is not recruiting for a position that I would want right now, but would be later, and asked me to keep my resume on file.

Then I went to another career fair and met someone else for that company. They were very interested and wanted to start an interview process for me. They had me email HR to begin the process.

I sent in my resume and had a 30-minute phone interview. After doing so, they told me that I move on to the next round and they will send me data. I'll have to create a dashboard.

I spent upwards of 8 hours creating this beautiful dashboard and sent it back to them. We were supposed to set up a time to meet so that I could explain my process and what was found in the dashboard.

I got no reply for weeks.

So I emailed them again, confirming that they got the dashboard and wondering if we were continuing the process. I stated that if not, it would be fine, I just wanted to be aware of it.

Still no reply.

Honestly, overall an awful experience. It was so unprofessional.
