Process
The recruiter was really brash and headstrong. I work in a top company, and the recruiter was pulling me down/leveling me down in the first talk itself, saying that the private valuation of StockX has 4Xed in less than a year and they will keep growing. Their compensation would be lower, or just around my current one, at an inflated valuation. It was such a put-off. I didn’t proceed after the recruiter chat. It was one of the worst experiences ever!
