I applied online and heard back the same day from a recruiter. We scheduled a call for two days later.
I took time off from my current job to take this call. After waiting a few minutes into the scheduled time, I called the recruiter and left a voicemail checking that the time still worked, and sent a follow-up email.
Two hours after our scheduled time, I received a call from the recruiter but was unable to answer since I was at work. When I tried to reschedule the call, the recruiter continued to call and text me at times while I was at work without setting up an appointment.
I did not continue because I found the process to be unprofessional. I’m not sure if it was this specific recruiter or the company in general.
