Process
The interview is split into two parts:
- One initial coding assessment
- Five interviews which include technical and behavioral assessments
The code screening is not technically challenging, but time management is important. I was disqualified for running out of time, even though I was very close to a working solution.
The recruiters are quite helpful and do provide feedback even after rejection.
