Probably the worst experience in my 12 years' career. Their interview process is a lie.
I was never interviewed, but after a couple of weeks, I received a post-interview feedback questionnaire.
Ironically, there was a survey question asking if I thought the interview process was fair and transparent.
Seriously, nobody will think badly of you if you just don't send any communication if you're not interested. Lying to my face and sending surveys for a fake, non-existent interview is not acceptable!
